- S&W Training was founded in 1988 by the language trainer
Anka Guter and the economist Niels von
Eisenhart Rothe.
- The ‘S’ for ‘Sprache’ (language) and
the ‘W’ for ‘Wirtschaft’ (business, economy)
in our company name stand for linguistic and economic
competence.
- Global communication is the core business of
S&W Training: first class intercultural training and language
training for clients with high expectations.
- Today, S&W Training works with a very well-coordinated
team in Meersburg, but also with a network of highly qualified
freelance trainers who work for S&W Training when needed.
- Anka Guter left he company at the end of 2005.
Since then she manages her father’s company.
- Claudie Wagner-Duprez took over her job after
having worked as S&W’s Office Manager for 10 years.
