S&W Training – A Short Profile           S&W Training was founded in 1988 by the language trainer Anka Guter and the economist Niels von Eisenhart Rothe. The ‘S’ for ‘Sprache’ (language) and the ‘W’ for ‘Wirtschaft’ (business, economy) in our company name stand for linguistic and economic competence. Global communication is the core business of S&W Training: first class intercultural training about "Germany and the Germans" and language training – "German in Germany" - for clients with high expectations. Today, S&W Training works with a very well-coordinated team in Meersburg, but also with a network of highly qualified freelance trainers who work for S&W Training when needed. Since 2006 Niels von Eisenhart Rothe has been sole Managing Director and owner of S&W Training.
